Cancellation Policy

We are a rain or shine business!
While in the high season our policy is essentially that we do not offer rescheduling or refunds, we understand that life happens and emergencies arise. Under certain circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your sail. If you should need to cancel, you can view our cancellation policy as follows.
HIGH SEASON SUMMER POLICY (April 1-November 1):
If you wish to cancel, your payment will be returned only if we are able to rebook your scheduled sail with another group. A 25% administrative fee will be held on all refunds.
LOW SEASON POLICY (November 1-April 1):
If you wish to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your sail, your payment will be returned. A 25% administrative fee will be held on all refunds.
